We operate cooked food stalls and food court outlets in Singapore. We are committed to protecting personal data in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This Privacy Policy applies to our website (chicken-hero.com), online ordering systems, customer feedback forms, and any mobile applications published under CHICKEN HERO PTE. LTD.

"We", "us", "our" = CHICKEN HERO PTE. LTD. "You" = website visitors, customers, and application users.

• No advertising IDs collected; no third-party advertising.
• Push notifications: opt-in only, for order updates, promotions, and new menu items.
• Crash reporting via Google Firebase (anonymised; no order content or personal food choices shared).
• No personal food preference data shared with third parties.
• Google Play Data Safety form is the authoritative declaration per app.
• Apple App Store Privacy Nutrition Label will accurately reflect each app's data practices.
• Account deletion requests processed within 90 days.

Data Storage & Security

Data stored on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Google Cloud). TLS 1.2+ in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, audit logging.

Payment data is not stored by us — handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We will notify affected individuals of any breach as required by PDPA.

Your Rights (Singapore PDPA)

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent (may affect service features).
• Lodge a complaint with the PDPC Singapore (www.pdpc.gov.sg).

Response within 30 days of a verified request.
